Terms
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These terms are between you and Ops Machine, which runs SiteFree. By paying for a move, you agree to them. They are short on purpose. Questions: hello@sitefree.ca.
What you get
- We rebuild your current website to match your design closely. It won't be pixel for pixel identical.
- Every page, post and image, with your old links pointing to the new pages.
- A private preview within two business days of payment, or three to four for WordPress sites.
- Two rounds of changes to the preview, included.
- Once you approve, we put the site in your own GitHub and Cloudflare accounts and help you switch your domain.
What you agree to
- The site is yours, or you have the right to copy its content, images and design.
- You'll set up free GitHub and Cloudflare accounts, and make the change where you bought your domain when it's time to go live.
- You'll pay any costs from services you choose to add later. Hosting on Cloudflare's free plan costs nothing today; we don't control Cloudflare's prices.
Refunds
Until you approve your preview, you can have a full refund. Ask from your onboarding page or by email, and we refund you in full. We then delete your preview and our copy of your site. Once you approve, the work is done and the price isn't refundable.
After hand-over
The site and its code are yours. Changes you or your AI assistant make are up to you. We don't host, maintain or back up your site after hand-over unless we agree to it separately.
Our responsibility
We do the work carefully and fix what we got wrong before you approve. If something goes wrong because of our work, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't responsible for outages or changes at GitHub, Cloudflare, your domain registrar or your old platform.
Your information
How we handle your information is on the privacy page.
